	James B. Price, MAI, SR/WA, general partner, has a degree in business administration, and over 30 years of experience in the real estate appraisal field. He has appraised large retail, office, industrial, and apartments properties, and been involved professionally in substantial right-of-way, condemnation, and litigation proceedings in both the Pacific Northwest and Alaska.  Qualifications
	Jerry C. Sidwell, partner, has a degree in engineering from the University of Washington. His experience includes appraisal of residential, commercial, and industrial properties as well as equipment. He also has substantial experience appraising small to large right-of-way projects, as well as computerizing massed property appraisals.  Qualifications
